Did you get the latest version after the patch? I don’t know what to say about that one, but over time you probably don’t need to know it since rogue dots last a long time. You’ll start timing it in your head.

I would suggest a rotation helper such as Hero Rotation or Hekili. Personally, I prefer Hero Rotation because it displays more information and is more flexible. Hekili is simpler. You just use whatever ability it tells you to use.

I too dislike dot specs but assassination bleed build is my go to right now in the open world. I don’t really see my big boom booms but Sudden Demise just makes things die.
I’m trying out sub again (I have a love-hate relationship with it) but I get so bothered having Shadow Dance kind of work like I’m supposed to be in a raid and waiting for the mechanic to do my burst. I wish it felt better to use in open world so we could go through mobs smoother - or if in open world, being out of CDs was less crappy.
Lemme know how your outlaw experience goes. Last time I really liked outlaw was in legion but yeah I have a hard time getting back into it
