Yup. Garona has two guilds at 3/12M, two at 2/12M and eight guilds that cleared Heroic. That’s it.
It’s impossible to recruit for Mythic without stealing members from other guilds. Everyone who wants to raid is already in a raiding guild. And obviously no one wants to transfer to a dead server.
