I am on one of the least populated servers (Feathermoon) and really was looking forward to getting connected during the last round Blizzard announced. No idea why were were skipped over and much larger servers were connected. The realm is so dead right now and that is even with the new patch just coming out. If I remember correctly, Blizzard does the connections toward the end of the expac to have as small of an impact as possible. So we have a long wait ahead for dying realms to get any help. Oh, and yes making a better expac would help more than a connection, just fyi.

I am pretty sure they did about 50 and stopped because they were having problems. I know people were getting items on the auction house tripled at times and lost characters and who knows what else.

Wat? You mean Turalyon is low pop? Bloodhoof x Duskwood is pretty low pop and I thought they put Turalyon in our CRZ group because it was a busy server. There are certainly a lot more Turalyon people than BxD people running around in CRZ enabled zones LOL
I admit I got scared for a momentâŚI thought we were on the cusp of another round of horrible mergers.
Honestly threads should just auto lock after like a week of no activity.
Also plz Blizz do not do any more realm mergers. Instead, remove the fricken faction barrier for PvE content.
I HATE to necro this. but please. more important than necroing is making sure Blizz doesnât have an excuse to forget about us and the lots of horribly populated realms. Mine is not that horrible according to Raider io, but it sure would benefit a lot from a merge.

Theyâre not going to do it. They discovered issues that were too big for their technical limitations and pulled the plug on the project.
People who enjoyed being on low pop realms are safe. People who are stuck on them are out of luck.
Hey, thanks for being how you are. Glad to know that the population of Area 52 continues to not disappoint in their toxicity. After all, why should they care, they are always busy over there. Meanwhile, over here on Scarlet Feathermoon, we were never even ANNOUNCED as a merger, much less thought about for some reason, and yet according to you and others we are just âout of luckâ. No, we are gonna necro this post until Blizzard is tired of it and locks it themselves, or does something about it. You peeps can just continue to whine about it. Iâm going to act like an Area 52 player with my attitude.
