If a draenei that messes with fel is turned into an eredar. Then shouldn’t night elves that mess with it be turned into satyrs?
No, the satyr curse is a different thing.

They turn into a Man’ari. “Eredar” is the name of the entire original race.

I have a mechagnome warlock that is lvl 70 but I’m not sure if I want to race change or just lvl a new warlock. For the first time I’m interested in a Draenei or a night elf warlock maybe even a panda warlock. I’m really interested in the dialog that’s going to be said by the npcs.
leveling alts is fun! I am going to be leveling two Warlocks when the new patch drops.

You’ve got it a bit backwards. Eredar was the original name of the Draenei before they changed their name. The name Draenei means “Exiled ones”
It also doesn’t matter, because transformations come from being corrupted by the power, not from using it.
No they will not turn into Man’ari like not exactly sure what caused the Eredar to become Man’ari but possible ways off other known methods are drinking demon blood, absorpting the soul of a demon or infusing yourself with tons of fel energy.
None of which Warlocks usually do with few rare exceptions.

No. Eredar are the original race and the smart ones left and called themselves Draenei. Calling oneself “eredar” is not a Draenei warlock; it’s a literal lapdog of the legion.

I’m thinking that the npc’s will have little remarks towards them. When taurens became rogues in the rogue guild hall there’sa Tauren rogues that tells you that he’s always been there then questions you if you didn’t see him.

Eredar became demons because of how it changed them. It’s probably more complicated than simply meddling with fel that turns you. There are probably rituals, it might affect individuals differently and just the amount of fel used might turn you into a demon. Their “nature” has to change.
As for Satyrs, I think there are multiple types of them. Some are natural, others are cursed, some related to the Legion while other to the Nightmare.
