So with War Within looming on the horizon I’m wondering when we’ll see the next round of Race/Class combos updated. Will it be seeing Druid, Shaman, or Paladin that is the next class given to all races?

Still say after DF’s Emerald Dream expac would be an excellent time to release druids for all races. Even argue DF was an excellent framework to release the remaining classes, Primalist Druids, Paladins of Tyr

I assume Shaman will be first, if only because designing totems for the remaining races would almost certainly have the smallest workload, and they were technically the first “class allowing all races” deal we dealt with in DF with the Primalists.
I’m still of the mind that Paladin and Druid could be done in waves (starting from the 5-6 races where they make the most sense, then doing the rest later), to give them time to “smooth over” the justifications and not half-bum the mounts and forms.
Wouldn’t druids have the smallest workload if they just released generic cat and owlbear forms

Hence why I said “half-bum.” If something like Undead Druids happened without “fitting” forms, a lot of people are going to be sorely disappointed.
If Blizzard is going to open up classes, I’d rather they do it right.

Still haven’t seen Kul’tiran Paladins yet and same with Druids of all races too.

By that logic shamans should have been available a long time ago. 
Probably the pre-patch at the earliest, unless you get into the Beta and can play them.
My guess is paladins.
They had the perfect set up for shamans and druids but they didn’t take it. However, I have a feeling Anduin is going to recruit people for his army of Light or whatever and will extend the invitation to train as paladins to all races.
Odd feeling we’re getting shamans next given we’re going underground dealing with a lot of earth and such

I’m pretty sure the next expansion will be as boring as Dwarves 3.0. Underground zones never went down well, and the features so far have left much to be desired, but yeah. They should have introduced Shamans months ago. If they don’t come with TWW either, then I really have no idea what opportunity they’re still waiting for.
I can imagine Paladin for Midnight, where it will be about protecting the Sunwell, etc.

When they are ready.
Unlike other Classes, those 3 require art resources to be playable.
Every new Paladin race needs 2 new Chargers.
Every new Shaman race needs 4 new Totems.
Every new Druid race needs a bunch of new Druid forms.
I imagine they will make all the relevant resources for one Class in a bulk and then unlock all combos for that Class, then move on to the next Class.
Long as the delves aren’t torghast 2.0 and the customizable flying car like thing isn’t dead in the water or stupid looking I’ll do my best to tolerate a dwarf related expansion as hey at least it’s not NE crud again after 3 expansions got tainted with such
