New Quests not appearing in tracker by default

Before new patch, every time I accepted a quest it appeared in the “Quests” list on my screen.

Now it never does. I have to hit “L”, right click and select “Track”.

I want it back to the way it was. Anyone?

/console autoQuestWatch 1
