the quest for Alleria is bugged, when she goes to open a portal, the portal does not spawn, and alot of us are wheeling around trying to figure this out

Same here on WRA
EDIT: I learned that if you leave the area via stepping on the stone, then walk back in, the portal spawns
I have multiple toons. It seems like if I go in and run around to all the stone alcoves left to right the last one on the right seems to trigger the portal to spawn. Its happened 2x in a row in exact same spot.
Problem now is Alliance group camping Alleria memory spawn and using aoe. The Alliance hits it first so it greys out, nobody but Alliance can get credit effectively locking Horde out of completing quest.
