As someone who doesn’t like PVP I’d like to see a new tracking toggle added in: “Track PVP Quests”. Effectively it should function in a similar manner to the Track Trivial Quests toggle, meaning that the player could view/hide the PVP quest icons on the map and minimap.

Agreed. I like being able to clear all the exclamation marks from my map, and I don’t like being forced to do content I don’t like.

I’ll fourth this idea.
I can’t stand having quests fill my map that I have no intention of doing. With questie in Classic, just a shift click and they’re gone.
In Retail, I used to constantly check the “!” on the map to see if it was something new I was missing. Nope. Just another PvP quest. So…for like 2-3 expansions now every week, I pick up the PvP quests in the city and un-track them just so they get off my map.
They did a lot of cool things in TWW with this, and was shocked to see something like this still hasn’t been implemented!
