New potions like the stealth one

You know stealth is so dang OP we decided to give every class the ability with a potion!

Sure you can’t move…so using the same idea:

I want a bubble potion that stops all damage unless you move.
I want a lay on hands potion that heals me instantly,unless I move.
I want a Jump a huge distance to the target…unless I move.
I want the stealth potion to ride on top of stealth disallowing all detection and allowing movement.

Sound dumb?
Now you understand giving a hide potion is.
You take a classes main skill dilute it slightly and think its OK?

I want camo like it was…I don’t get what you’re upset about. If people choose to spend their currency on such potions, let em. I see stealthies with flare and see enemies on my map. Other classes see stealth too. NBD. All it takes is one priest holy nova or some other aoe to knock them out anyhow.

So whats the problem? You’re a Demon Hunter, the only class that can deal with annoying stealthies. The potions should be no problem to you.

The idea is that there should be no “go invis” potions. Why does a DH or Pally get to go invis when others don’t get bubble etc? Rogues get nothing out of the deal.

I’ll give up potion of concealment if that means rogues and DH can never use healing pots…

But actually…only as much as that potion replaces your skill.
So I take that back. We’ll make the hiding potion scale like healing potion does.

So after taking the hiding potion you get to hide for 1/100th of a second.
OK so keep the hiding potion and you get to hide for 1/100th of a second.

I had some average players chasing me the other day and popped one of these bad boys after I used my horse around the corner, ran back the way I came in invis and lost them.

Guys op must of been one of the people :joy:

Not usable in rated content. So I see no issue, gives you fun things to do in casual pvp that can’t be done elsewhere. I used to use rockets with my burst as ret back in wod and could basically 1 shot healers, like actually 3 button healers. But rocket was not usable in rated content either. I have also used the stealth pots to have some fun, goblin gliders, nitro boots, absorb shield pots, gravity well, noggenfogger, pygmy oil, deviate fish, the list is so long I can’t even finish it here. I don’t see the problem with adding fun little quirks into casual bgs.

edit: And also I think goblin gliders are way more game breaking in bgs than stealthman lol.

The problem is that it adds an essential skill of a class to other classes and there are no other equivalents. BTW “rated” pvp is crap achievement pvp. Its in a box with little surprise…skill or thought required. No strategy needs to be employed etc. Find other guy first…spam skills…hope your IL is > than other guys. Check my rating…I was in 1 rated match by accident.

Everyone got a Pally bubble in MOP with the “Cracked Talisman”. The game was still fine.
