Are these any good?
So I went to make a character on the one I wanted and clicked yes to still make one even though its “full”. I made one and used my boost and then it put my character on a new player server.
Kinda upset by that and remade one on the server I initially wanted but want to play my boosted character now but its on a new player server.
I heard mixed things about these.
What the heck is a “new player” server?
Anyway, should have just rolled on one of those “full” servers. A) No such thing as a full server and B) you are going to want to transfer later either way lol.
Go to realms and it literally says new player server.
If that is not what you wanted, then I would open a ticket and explain what happened to a GM.
Weird.
I would avoid those, probably just a gimmick since they know people will want to pay money to move later.
Can try this too but part of me thinks they won’t do anything.
Picking a server is a gamble… They really need to update the realm list with acutal number of active people on them.
This full not full thing is literal consumer fraud.
I actually rolled off of stormrage onto a much lower pop server and haven’t regretted it for a minute.
The only thing server matters for now is crafting, and there are probably ways around it that I don’t know, I’ve been able to get my crafts done so I’m happy.
Everything else is phased together or cross realm, and I can actually get the names I want on lower pop servers.
