New player noob question

I apologize in advance if i shouldn’t ask this here, but as a (boosted) druid main, how do i get different looking shapeshifted forms? I don’t like the travel (ground) form it’s kinda ugly

If you ask a guard in town where a barber is, that is where you can change them. The main cities will have guard npcs around, the one who have a map icon when you mouse over them can be talked to for a list of useful locations in main cities like bank, inn, profession trainers, the barber, etc.

By default there’s a limited amount of shapeshift options, with more being earned through achievements or drops.

You can get most of the different travel forms from Glyphs at the auction house. Just buy them and click on them and they will unlock in the Barber shop like Vladinov said.

You can also mouse over any of the forms in the barbershop and the tooltip will show you where to get the form.

You also can get some new ones unless they have already been given to the barber from going into Dragon flight and doing some of the content in the dream thing.

I use Mark (or Glyph) of the Cheetah for ground travel form. I didn’t like the big stag awkwardly galloping around either. Cheap in AH 35g right now.

I use the black raven for flying travel form. This is a ‘talk to someone in SW’ unlock, not a glyph.

And to add to those saying “glyph from auction”
Do not be confused, they are not under the glyph section in auction. Instead you have to go to misc and search “mark of”. You’ll get all of the druid forms you can buy listed.
For the newer DF ones, you have to actually play in Emerald Dream to unlock them. Some are through quests, most are through luck drops on rares. One of them is a world boss, but will be easy to solo.

I highly recommend going to wow head and using Google to get there. If you go to Google and type in “druid shape shift forms and where to find them“ just look for the wow head article and guide that will walk you through which ones there are to choose from and where you can find them.

That should have been given to mages. /hakf-jk

You get new ones through Glyphs, which you allow you to change your form in the Barber Shop.

My favorite are the various Balance of Power forms – that is a many weeks long endeavor to earn them all (and Legion time walking is helpful for the reputation gates)…

You can get some from doing certain quests or secret stuff in certain areas. For example, if you want fire kitty, do firelands raid and kll the 2nd to last boss 10% drop rate
