New Player, how to get to Mechagon?

So I’ve unlocked Nazjatar and did the initial Magni questline and have added 1 power to the heart of azeroth (the crucible flame). Do I need to add all the power or I just continue the Nazjatar quests?

Thanks, seems that I need to finish the quest line in Nazjatar.
