Well. To begin with, Moon Guard is a Role-Play (RP) server.

So uh… not sure if, ‘Jinxipooh,’ is a traditional Night Elven name, but if you’re not a RP’er, its nothing to worry about, and if you do want to get into RP, an addon called TRP will allow you to change your character’s name, though only players with the addon will be able to see that. I suppose you could also pay for a name change, but TRP is pretty widely used in the RP community, so there isn’t a need there.

If RP is an activity you’re interested in, a great resource for the lore is WarcraftWiki.

If you’re having trouble with game related content such as quests, I’d suggest trying WoWHead. You can look up the names of items, quests, etc… and the comments often have very useful information.

Other than all that, welcome to WoW, welcome to Moon Guard, and above all else, have fun! You pay your $15 a month like everyone else, so enjoy the game in the way that brings you the most satisfaction.

I’ve heard that the easiest class to play would be warrior or hunter, but druid’s very new-player friendly, as-well.

Druid is def up there for more new player friendly classes. Though certain specs like feral need a pretty high skill level imo. Then again, I’m a PvPer so needed skills are a bit different there and might be easier in PvE.

Shaman and Evoker are def your more support classes, with Evoker having our only real support spec with Augmentation. Shaman just has a lot of group wide supports/buffs through their totems with all their spects, but really any healer might fit your wants here and they all have their own style.

Right now WoW only has one “support” toon in the traditional sense (or some sense!) - Which is the Augmentation spec of the Evoker class. I’ve heard its fun and ‘easy to get into’ (but takes a bit to really master). Though I’ve never touched it.

If you mean support as healer → Holy priest is my favorite and go to spec. Its the straight forward “make health bars go right” spec. Discipline priest, on the other hand, is probably not new player friendly.

But with some time, all healers are easy enough to learn. You just have to get used to their play style!

Druid seems like its in a good spot right now! And its always a solid choice.

Along with Druid, Paladins and Monks can also fill all roles, if you want to take a look into those classes.
