Where are patch notes for this? I don’t see them googling them… Is it this phase that casters improve? i heard casters get really strong in later phases

Its not even announced and the timeline said October.
The firelands PTR is now live.
the only thing coming out on the 18th is the molten front the raid will be locked till a later date.
