In less bitter terms, would love to see more scarred and mangled facial options, pierced missing and broken tusk options and GATT DANGUS eyebrows, please!

I have to assume they’re going to copy and paste a lot of the heirs over from Mag’har and vice versa. So Orcs will be getting options but in terms of new options to improve on what they could’ve given, they seem to be lacking.
Hair alone makes a big difference, but more scars, more earrings for the other ear or both ears.
more tusk options like rings through the tusk like Garrosh.
some more scars for the face and maybe the body.
hell if some of them were Warsong before the Horde became one then tattoos would make a sense for the Green Orcs.
Dragonmaw as options.
Black Rock as options.
I just feel like there’s a good amount to give them but I fear our wants will fall deaf on the art team’s ears.
I played around with the Wowhead dressing room yesterday, and I’m pretty sure that beards are going to work similarly to night elf beards. They have 3 options - beards, mustaches, and sideburns. It allows for a lot of mixing and matching, meaning you get a lot more variety and (more importantly) choice in how you want to customize your character’s facial hair.
So far, I’m pretty sure orcs will at least have “beards” and “sideburns”. In the beta dressing room, all the facial hair options on Live that had some sort of sideburn had the sideburn portion removed leaving only the chin portion. Some of the beard options that were previously available also got revamped and look less like “plastic shape attached to face” and more like an actual beard - oh and have physics now.
Another interesting thing is that Mag’har orcs are in a similar boat. In fact, some of the beard choices Wowhead previewed are currently only available for Mag’har in the dressing room.
More than likely, I’m guessing Blizz is doing what they did for night elf males or Kul Tiran males and applying that to orcs. I also cautiously optimistically hope that this also means Mag’har and regular orcs will be sharing various customization options.
Obviously, this is just from playing with Wowhead’s dressing room, no datamining of my own, and none of these options are properly implemented yet on alpha anyway or available for testing it seems. Take it with some grain of salt that I could certainly be wrong despite how similar it seems to be to customizations for more seemingly complete races.

I believe the wowhead wardrobe is just buggy. Since normal orcs when changing skin color options turn into mag’har and even have some mag’har options while missing some of their other options. However, I would like to see Mustaches and side burns be different from beards for the Orcs, as well as Eyebrows like how they are for night elves. same goes for the other races.
I personally like the balding options. I often like playing characters who are a bit aged and kind of haggard looking. My gnome uses the combover (not ironically), my dwarf uses the short hairstyle that has a receding hairline, and at least one of my orcs is going to use that new balding option for sure. I like them, not all hairstyles need to be vibrant, luxurious, and youthful. I also really like that they added a devilock for Forsaken males.
I’m pretty sure the ear options aren’t a customization option, the old ears were too small for some of the new earrings so I believe those were just enlarged for when you choose the larger earring options so they don’t clip through the bottom of the lobes. Could be wrong though.
Orc Options really need more Variety. Heck I think a lot of Races including Humans and etc need more Variety like Hairstyles, Subraces, and etc.
I was reminded of something that would be nice and it’s MoP (?) Thrall simi-shaved head. Please give Blizzard.

The original racial fantasy for orcs was usually them wearing helmets that Blizzard won’t give to players, despite existing in game.

It’s possible, I wasn’t really sure what I was looking at.
I don’t understand why orcs shouldn’t get ear customization to begin with though…
Every feature on the face should have at least 5-10 options ears included!
While it’s great that we’re getting new features and what not, Blizzard separating customization assets for the players is super hype. Could mean that we should see more customizations in the future. Adding new customizations via these specific assets will be a lot easier for them as well.
