Ghastly Apparitions will periodically spawn casting Cower, reducing max health by 50%. Successfully applying a fear affect to these spawns will remove them from the battlefield.
The following abilities have been tested and work successfully on the affix:
Demon Hunter - Sigil of Misery
Hunter - Scare Beast
Paladin - Turn Evil
Priest - Psychic Scream
Warlock - Fear and Howl of Terror
Warrior - Intimidating Shout
Classes that cannot interact with the new Timid Affix:
Death Knight, Druid, Evoker, Mage, Monk, Rogue, Shaman
Just kidding what bad design that would be to only allow a handful of classes to participate on certain weekly affixes. Blizzard please fix Incorporeal and Afflicted.

Yayyy. Yet another ghost affix where they magically spawn 60 yards away from you, behind walls, pillars, objects, etc.
Yes, just what we needed ANOTHER ghost type affix. Three weren’t enough, we need a fourth type of ghost mob that looks identical to the last 3, a gloating ghost, wow, so creative, I can’t even contain myself over how creative it is. I hope we get 10 more variations of a ghost mob that randomly spawns out of thin air.
