Reading some Wowhead comments , it seems there is some problems atm with getting the pet, they put in the code , it takes it, and in game they do not see the pet or an entry for the pet.

It did take mine a couple of hours to show up in game. When it did, it was as a wrapped gift in my pet journal.

The shipping to get this in Canada costs more than the actual Funko Pop itself
Sure hope they sell it digitally or via Amazon or something. I ain’t paying $30 in shipping for a $20 funko

Where is the code upon purchase? Is it emailed or shipped with the item.
It will be emailed to the email address you provided while doing the purchase.
Fun fact
They’ll ship you one to Canada (and the shipping costs as much as the funko)… but you won’t get the code in the email.
So… anyone interested in selling one for gold?
Edit - I was able to get one.
It’s still annoying they let me order it but no code.

Hi, can I ask how you were able to get the code? I had the same thing happen to me up here in Canada.
I didn’t see the exclusivity to the US clause.
It’s inconceivable that they sell you the Funko, charge you for shipping as if it were a jewel, make you pay fees, taxes, and services, only for customer support to simply tell you ‘sorry, The pet code it’s US only, read the disclaimer’ when you open a ticket. They shouldn’t sell it outside the US if that’s the case or change the website to local region. The disappointment is huge, as a company of this caliber puts us, the ones who buy and enjoy the game, through these situations. I hope this reaches an executive so these situations don’t happen again and have a better customer experience. I’ve been buying Blizzard collector’s editions and in game items for 20 years and never had a problem. I’m really very sad.

Alright folks I need a question answered now when you order this from the Blizzard store and it was delivered how was it delivered now …USPS or UPS or Fedex ?..right now I have an issue with UPS my mail…what little I get is stopped now cause I have to get a new key for my mail box which I need to get a copy of my Land Agreement to show to post office I own the address I live at …I read that the code for the pet is sent by either email or to your phone …that is not the big issue for me that I have covered…so can anyone tell me how they got theirs delivered now?
The physical Murloc was delivered by my postman.

Hmm…about how long does it take after the item is delivered to get the email with the code? And does it come from the Blizzard Store or another email address? Wondering because the toy was delivered yesterday but I’m not seeing an email from anywhere yet.
mine was within a couple of hourse iirc, the Dew codes took anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour to get the code then once redeemed it took awhile too for them to show up.
I didn’t get it on the order, that was the whole problem. I got the pet, but I had to pay a US person gold for the code, and they had to pay for a second toy. I did not get the code from the gear store.
I realized what happened within 5 minutes of making the order, and I still was unable to have it cancelled. So big waste of money there, but it wasn’t the most expensive lessons I’ve had to learn.
Edit - it’s really gross that they’ll ship the toy elsewhere, but only lock you out of the promotional item.
This just happened to me, I ordered both items that come with in game pets, only to realise I cant get either of the in game pets due to being in canada, this is just plain thievery, Ive been playing 20 years but will now finally be calling it quits on this game, they want to steal my money with false advertising and fine print fine they can lose thousands on the future purchases I would have made.
