Bots don’t use them…
Bots don’t need to use them. The ignorance in your statement is absurd.
You quite obviously have zero idea what a bot is.

Using hardware to multibox wasn’t banned. Seeing people multibox is not an indication they are cheating, report and move on.
If they are using software it will get tagged eventually and they will get in trouble.
Blizzard won’t ban someone without proof, generally with a warden flag, so mass reporting is pointless.
I am going to be honest, and i know it is not in the same category as multiboxing, but twinking has a similar effect. The main difference is twinking isn’t exactly useful like multiboxig is, and i do not know how large the multiboxing community is compared to the twinks, but multiboxing is useful, and twinking was done because it was enjoyable/fun to those players.
WIth this new restriction to multiboxing though, it looks like it is dead unless it is hardwarde specific. If blizzard bans hardware specific stuff, i feel someone will find a way to block the warden client and just about everything else that blizzard can track. This is the thing. When you are fighting a community, especially a community that has been multiboxing for the past 16 years, you have to tell all those players no all of a sudden. It is so stupid to me. BLizzard should have came out and said in like 2006, no more multiboxing, no more confusion. There were still alot of peeps multiboxing back then, so still a problem, but not as bad as it is now. Blizzard must be crazy if they think everyone is going to comply with something which wasn’t arbitrarily defined as “illegal” It was just frowned upon by most others.
With twinking, it was basically like, well, ok, you can still participate in this form of gameplay, but you have to play differently with your exp turned off, separating the ques. This made it impractical for most, and just not as much fun for others. I feel blizzard just needs to get to the point quicker. Like don’t wait 16 years and expect everyone to be ok with specific changes to the game. It will never work that way.
Stop speaking for a “community” when you’re really talking about your own arbitrary definition and saying its everyone’s.
Lol, You understand that botters have been using broadcasting software to avoid paying for multiple botting software license.
You clearly have no idea what you are talking about, but carry on.
You cannot multibox with solely hardware.
Not on the form of 40 druids casting starfall at the same exact time.
So yes, if someone is doing that you should report them and that is indication of cheating
Do you think they would say boxing is fine if they wanted to ban boxing? Like wut?
I’m not talking to you if you’re still talking about Blizzard version of multibox, nobody will ban you, that is pretty obvious.

I said cards and gro–
Please report anyone you suspect of cheating, I’m just saying that person won’t get banned for no reason if nothing is found.
Bots do not actually press keys. They are scripts that manipulate the game files directly.
You can bot and still have full use of your mouse and keyboard for anything else.
So it is you that has no idea what you are talking about.
But good luck with your hardware multiboxxing which doesn’t exist.
They already do, and guess how many times I’ve been banned for multiboxing? Hint: It’s less then one.
Hm, half day ban
ez math
Guarantee if they ban multiboxing entirely, people will find ways to block all forms of information from getting from the game to blizzard. Guarantee people will find a way to load up wow, have it block warden client and a ton of other blizzard specific detection stuff, and then only players will be able to suspect if someone is multiboxing or not. So the only way then is to get reported.
They want you to be banned for playing more than one toon at a time which blizz has already said is fine. Hardware was not mentioned at all and they’re using Big Brother esque ideas on checking peoples ids and multiple bnet accounts and stuff on more than one computer to get people banned.
Literally not one person has said that.
That other guy did. Are you actually reading the thread? Scroll up a bit my dude.
Got me, it was 20 minutes.
This is the problem with Blizzard’s wording in general, instead of just saying it’s fine to have multiple WOW client open in 1 PC, they use the term Multibox.
Will you tell dude that you’re the person that apparently wants wow to be a police state?
