Hey. I was just wandering if anyone got a new mouse just for classic. I guess I’m gonna try this Logitech G602. I got it for super cheap.
Also, I was curious if people still use mice with tons of buttons, like the Naga.

I won’t be getting a new mouse as mine is working just fine, but in regards to your second question: yes I do use an 18 button mouse, its the Logitech G600. I got used to playing this way and I haven’t even thought about switching back.
I go back and forth between my Logitech G600 and Razer Trinity with the MMO mouse faceplate. I like being able to bind utility spells to my mouse for easy of use.
I have a mouse with 2 extra buttons and that’s all I’ve ever needed.
got the logitech G903 recently
seems good
Still using the DeathAdder Chroma. I’ve tried a few others but I keep coming back to this one.
I have the Hex from razer, gonna be so much better than vanilla being able to hotkey more buttons to my mouse for faster response.
When I use mice…mouses with a lot of extra buttons, like the g602 I got, I’m always afraid i’ll get super pro with the button layout, then it will break, and for one reason or another, the mouse will not be replaceable, and i’ll have to try to become as efficient as quickly as possible with a new button layout.
I had to get one last week just because my old one suddenly stopped working. Got a wireless mamba and it’s pleasant so far.
I bought a naga trinity, i love it.
I use a trackball. just cleaned the ball for the first time in quite a while. i feel this counts as new.
Totally. I went with a roller-ball serial mouse. I look forward to cleaning the contacts, just like in the old dayz!
Don’t wander too far, you’ll get lost.
The G602 was my old mouse. It was ‘ok’ ish. I did not like the way the buttons felt. They were not crisp. It felt like you had to hit the precise center of the button or else you really had to push hard to get it to engage. After 18 months, it died.
I now have the Razer trinity. Kind of a funky mouse with 3 different styles of thumb plates you can swap on demand. I expect it to break just like my Logitech, but the buttons feel amazing. The way buttons should feel.
Logitech Trackball (marble mouse.) Much better for the tendons and the muscle groups in your shoulder.
i got a steelseries rival 500 , i like to have quite a few buttons, but i dont like the ones that have all the buttons grouped together. It makes it hard to distinguish between them for me. So far i am liking the feel of this mouse. It is a fair bit smaller than the wow cataclysm mouse which always felt too big for my hand.
G502 here and it only has 3 buttons on the side for me thumb and another 2 to the left of left click for the index finger.
That, plus Shift and Control modifiers makes for a lot of options and is much easier to hit the right buttons.
I also have an orb weaver which adds a couple extra buttons for my left thumb to hit. That helps a bit too.
I do have a g602, but find the side buttons much harder to distinguish and I was always hitting the button middle button by accident when lift the mouse to reposition it. After a few months I shelved it and got the 502
My Logitoech G502 is still holding up fine, I only ever had a 3-5 button mouse when playing Vanilla anyway so getting a full number pad on the mouse would just mean a couple weeks of awkward fat fingering.
Logitech G600 is my favorite I’ve ever used. When they dropped them to $35.00 a while back I went ahead and got another one and just stuck it in the cabinet to save in case my current one ever breaks or they gasp discontinue it.
Still using the Cata mouse. Hope classic is compatible. Love all the buttons for my healing spells.
