Finished previous quest, where they ask you to get offerings from 4 different people around the area, turned it in and picked up New Moon. Had to leave to do real life stuff, today I went back to the area to do the quest and none of the NPCs are there. Dropped the quest thinking I would pick it back up and it would phase me to the correct phase, but now the correct Tyrande is nowhere to be found, and all the Tyrande NPCs I found do not have the quest for me. The quest log insists I pick it up from Tyrande in Dragon Isles but she is nowhere to be found. I would really like to finish the story line, but am at a loss as to where to pick up the New Moon quest again. Can anyone help?
