I mean yes, the spells are dangerous. That’s how the game works. Casters need to be able to cast just like melee need to not be kited into oblivion. We can balance damage from there.
Juking as a caster doesn’t really take any skill, however, juking as a healer can be awful because in many cases if you fail, someone dies, and if you try to juke multiple times and the player holds their interrupt, someone can die just because you spent 2 whole seconds juking because you were scared of an interrupt.
Healers also have “can’t kick me” buttons for when someone is dying
Speed would be neat. CC immunity would be gross. idk that melee needs a bonus for kicking aside from school lockouts. Precog alleviated the issue of everyone in the game having a kick these days. This is just sort of more power creep.
I should get a full rage-bar when I land a pummel.
It should also do 5000k damage, cast rampage and bloodlust and bladestorm and bloodstorm and bloodsurge and bloodthirst and bloodboil and bloodcraze and bloodfrenzy and bloodborne and bloodsurge and bloodtide and bloodurge and bloodcraze and bloodletting, just to be sure.
With a bajillion slows and snares speed is useless
Just give us a free kick reset and cc immunity for 4 seconds so we can actually punish them for getting kicked like a n00b
There is a pretty big element of luck in the kick or juke interaction. Not everybody kicks at the same point in the channel and not everyone jukes at the same point in the channel.
I wouldn’t really describe that as luck
Part of the matchup is learning the oppositions kick/juke cadence because no one is truly “random”
Even inside the same match no one has the same cadence. Sometimes I kick early, sometimes I kick late in the channel. We aren’t machines… well, at least some of us aren’t. 
Yeah, but it’s still not really luck there’s a lot of skill in both juking and kicking where neither side is really favored
The hardest matchup of all are the sickos who don’t kick for 2 minutes and then all of the sudden press it and win the game

My cat can accidentally juke by stepping on the keyboard
Landing a kick is 10000x more skill and should be rewarded as such
Yeah but my dog can accidentally make me cast by pooping all over the living room sofa resulting in me getting kicked
