Seems pretty hype.

Super excited for it. Looking forward to see what twists they pull with this, cause I can feel them coming already.

Hope they have this classic line in the new movie.

Or at least make the ending of #3 less confusing. I’ve read official stuff on what the ending of Revolution meant, and I was still scratching my head. I still liked #2 and #3, but the ending to the trilogy was a giant “what the hell…?”

Meh, its cash grab tbh.

I have a feeling this may toss 2 and 3 out the window. But who knows?

Wow… I was on the edge of my seat watching that. 10/10 trailer… They hit it completely out of the park with that.

Not a reboot. It’s a sequel, iirc

hate me, but I loved the 3 “originals” we did nor wanted this to be made. That said it WAS made, I am not excited nor ill toward it. We shall see as more footage comes to sell me or w/e. Right now I’m neutral.

Every Famous Work of Fiction will be milked for as long as possible! This is expected!

Lion King first had Timon & Pumbaa which was followed by Lion King 2 which was followed eventually by Lion King 1/2 which was eventually followed by Lion Guard which was followed by Live Action Lion King.

Aladdin first had The Return of Jafar which was followed by Aladdin the Animated Series which was followed by Aladdin and the King of Thieves which was eventually followed by Live Action Aladdin…

The fact that Aladdin only had one TV Show unlike Lion King demonstrates the lack of material the Medieval Middle East has to offer which is probably because they killed off Jafar in the Movie preceding the TV Show as well as that Plant Sorcerer in his first Episode of the TV Show.

Disney’s the Little Mermaid also had 3 Films and 1 TV Show which can all be blamed on the lack of Material to use beyond one Show… A Coral Reef has much to offer yet a Mermaid Main Character is quite limited to say the least… A Plane of Water has more to offer than A Little Mermaid!

Even SpongeBob’s Setting(which is just a City situated upon the Undersea Sands with barely any Coral to speak of) had more to offer(as well as Characters to Spinoff with)!

The number of TV Shows a Franchise has is tied to how much material can be milked!

Cinderella only was milkable for Remakes and 2 Sequels…

Snow White is only milkable for a Remake…

A Sleeping Beauty was only milkable for a Remake and it’s Sequel…

Alice in Wonderland is getting 2 TV Shows…

Peter Pan got multiple Prequels and a TV Show due to the vast material it has…

101 Dalmatians got a Sequel, 2 Live Action Remakes with one having a Sequel and 2 TV Shows… Cruella and the Dogs have a lot of potential as can be seen…

The Jungle Book got multiple Live Action Remakes, 2 TV Shows and 1 Sequel…

Beauty and the Beast got 3 Sequels, a Live Action Remake and 1 TV Show…

Hercules has 1 Midquel and 1 TV Show

Tarzan has 2 Sequels and 1 TV Show…

The Emperor’s New Groove has 1 Sequel and 1 TV Show…

Atlantis: The Lost Empire has 1 Sequel…

Tangled(which was recent) has a TV Show…

Frozen(which was even more recent) has a Sequel…

The Princess and the Frog is getting a TV Show…

Milking a TV Show requires Material or a precedence for multiple Adaptations that can provide Material.

Star Wars provides limitless Material which is why it has so many TV Shows and Sequels/Prequels!

With all that in mind it is no surprise that the Matrix is getting more Sequels. Of course there is only Material for Sequels as the story doesn’t work well with TV Shows at the moment…
