If I’m purple parsing and my guild purple parses I’m going to be at the BOTTOM of the dps meters because my spec sucks.
So why should specs be that FAR apart. Why should the 85 parsing unholy be 40% above my 85 parse??

I think what people are upset about more is the fact that we’re all trying to compete for mythic spots.
One could argue that even if you were to Orange parse you could still lose to a guy who parses a 65.
Which brings in the question your viability in your raid spot why bring you even if you are good when you can just bring a trash can player and he can do 2,000 more dps.
what happens when your spot comes into question if there’s a DPS check and you’re not meeting it even if you are purple parsing or orange parsing?
