Yeah, all they’d really have to do is recolor the trading post beetle.
I still think it’s beautiful. I love butterflies.
The area I live in has cabbage butterflies everywhere, and they’re wonderful.

Every time someone suggests a ladybug mount, I imagine sitting on the back of a giant beetle, commanding it fly and promptly getting cartoonishly flung off as the wing-covers snap open.

Fine. small races get cute ladybugs, big guys get elegant dragonflies!
Also, Horde still waiting for their Wasp mount. Nothing more elegant than the beautiful but deadly Ruby Tailed Wasp.

I like to use the bee or either of the mice on my tiny races :3
Give 'em a roach. A giant cockroach. So, we can all feel better when we step in them.
