no humanoid visage would have made Emberthal justice, i’m glad they left her with her original form.
That aside, the moment we pick up our visages was a moment were Dracthyrs were “incomplete” with their black essence taken away from them. Now that they are at full power again they could use that to say that they now have the power to chose other visages.

Its the same reason we don’t have optional Worgen tails… Blizzard is just lazy. The choices should be there. And here is hoping they add both Worgen tails and other Visage looks for Dracthyr.

Alot of people want it as an optional choice. You dont need to have it if you dont want it if its a choice.

While I realize Emberthal doesnt actually choose a Visage form in the end, I still hope they give us that choice for player Evokers. Its the players that go on the “journey” and speak to different races.
The whole questline is actually something I proposed half a year or so ago where I said they could just introduce a questline that makes you interact with various races and concludes in something like “You’ve seen so much of the world, you can now choose your Visage form freely”.
Here’s hoping they still make it happen.

I hope so much they allow us to have greater customisation of our visage forms. I want SoOSOooOo much to make myself a tauren like ebonhorn. I am, however, Alliance, so I guess I may be disappointed.

I feel like I’m repeating myself here so sorry about that. But for those of us that like our Dracthyr form. Can we get the same options as Emberthal? You know, being our selves and not having a visage form. If not it’s fine I guess, I don’t use visage form or have that button anywhere on my bars. It doesn’t exist to me. It’s just for game storytelling and that. You know, preference.
I don’t understand the functional difference between you not having the spells anywhere near your bars or using visage and them giving you the option to not have a visage.
You’re choosing not to have a visage either way.
It’s just an player option. But for story preference like Emberthal. No different than people wanting visage form really. It’s like when you get to choose to follow Sylvanas or not. Didn’t hurt the story or playerbase to giving people options. Give a quest that allows both sides to happen. One side wants visage form all the time so you give them that. The other prefers to not have a visage form at all, so you give them that. Both sides will be happy with this.

Guess won’t be soon, but I guess maybe in future.
Of course they’re not gonna do other visages. They made a whole intricate elven visage with exclusive matching scale and horn customization to mirror the dracthyr form, are people really expecting them to put in orc and cow visages? Ebonhorn becoming the Earthwarder was a total troll story beat anyways. Completely wasted development of Wrathion and Sabellian.
