So I was doing some classic AV pvp today and I am not much of a pvper myself. But I thought this would be a cool mode to have as a weekly event (part of the schedule), we can have a World PVP event in retail wow. It could work for PVP opt in or PVE realms also, etc
On Tuesday reset day, one of the factions has to go to a city (Quest picks a randomly selected city that day) and kill that faction leader. It could give bloody coins, honor, conquest, etc something on the lines that like. The other faction has to defend that faction leader or kill “X” amount of the opposite faction.
Wednesday, The factions flip and it’s the other factions turn to kill a random leader of the opposite faction. The other faction defends this time around.
Thursday, Alliance/Horde gets a new pvp quest to go to a zone and attack that zones minor city(crossroads, goldshire, etc) while the horde/alliance defends it. Random zone like the old STV major pvp that use to occur in retail and does in classic.
Friday, factions switch and new zone and area.
Saturday and Sunday- Triple honor day for world pvp only where the quest is to kill “X” amount of the opposite faction that is worth honor, anywhere in the world.
Monday, A randomly selected zone where each faction has to meet and just duke it out and first faction to get 500 kills of the opposite faction, gets triple honor points and a 1 hour buff to increase damage by 10% in world only content. resets every hour or 3 hours until reset.
What you guys think?
