To make this talent less useless or niche, Id suggest making this operate kind of like a hybrid of druid travel form and cat form in non - “outdoor content”. When you’re actively in engaging in combat in a non- outdoor content, where you can’t mount. You get reduced to the similar movement speed of a cat form druid. Considering when you swap into travel form in midst of combat, you don’t get the full speed like you would if you weren’t in combat. Or the fact cat form inherently has increase movement speed everywhere, except in water, or even make it like a form like a druid.

I know this is not beyond the scope of the dev’s ability. Considering the way druid’s forms have operated for a long time, also with some the new things as well. Its whether the question is they will take any suggestions to heart. Considering I am just spit balling.

It should retain the full speed boost while in outdoor content, and then be brought down to 130% movement speed in indoors content / instanced PvP.

It’s an absolute tragedy that a talent that has this much flavor and visual impact can’t be used in high level content.

Hence why I said in non-outdoor content. Otherwise it could operate similar to cat form in a different sense. Considering cat form gives like a base 30% movement speed increase, but can be used every form of content. Plus its not like DK’s benefit greatly from kiting as compared to druid’s, who have legit healing spells.
