I’ll probably use it. I barely play my Human.
When? By the time you use your hearthstone and do some stuff it’ll already be off cooldown before you can even think about using the second charge. You’ll literally never use it, almost impossible to unintentionally use it, so I hope your clever.
I say make it like one of the older engineering wormhole generators, however, as you mention, it is programable and not locked to locations.
I can’t recall a single useful time to bubble hearth in 2024.
World PvP is the only real time to use it, and almost no one does world pvp

Shaman used to be able to do this but they took that away for some reason.
It likely be more useful if they let you have two places set as a hearthstone location to match the two charges.

I use the extra hearth fairly often, you might appreciate it. This puts all humans on par with Shaman but below Mages in terms of porting. Which of course makes the human racial totally worthless to Mages.
I personally both envied the extra rep humans got but also wasn’t bothered by it since it became useless once you maxed out on your reps.

No, the vulpera racial lets them set a location of their choosing as a recall location with their racial. I was thinking more of humans having an additional dialogue option with innkeepers to bind their racial hearth. Essentially humans would be able to bind to 2 different pre-existing inns versus vulpera being able to basically turn any location in the world into a recall locale.
I’d be far more happy with some kind of crafting bonus.
Yeah, and with acc-wide rep that’s why it’s being removed.

My complaint isn’t about the removal of the reputation bonus, it’s a complaint about them taking a pretty decent passive bonus from human and then giving them something that practically has no use at all.

Your perks do have a purpose though (Vulpera) and I can’t think of a more useless perk than the new human one.

And for people like Nobbel suggesting 100% discount on Transmog - Void Elves get a 50% discount.

Explorer - You find additional fragments when looting archaeological finds and you can survey faster than normal archaeologists. (Dwarf)
Edit: And I say this as someone with 3 (three) different toons at 950/950 archaeology, and none of them dwarves because all my toons are gnomes.
