Astral Recall is being given to humans as a replacement for losing the diplomacy racial.
Instead, humans will get a reduced hearthstone cool down and a second charge of it — essentially astral recall.

Why does having two hearthstones matter?
It doesn’t…just another case of things taken from shaman and given elsewhere.
They can’t be original anymore.
Astral recall used to be a really unique reason to play shaman and has been diminished considerably over the years in general due to hearthstone reductions across the board.
It’s just another annoyances to see them farm shaman abilities out yet again. Especially among the fact that beta is in a few days and shaman still broken going into TWW in hero talents.
The disrespect they show the class is outstanding.
Shaman has been little more than an organ donor for other classes for a while now. The hearthstone bonus was just about the only unique thing we have left. Its the principal of the matter.
See this was somewhat done with Vulpera with their make camp ability and then their own special recall that they had to return to that camp. So they had a 2nd hearth in a way.
