New Guns model plz Blizz! :D

Just wanted to ask blizz for some new gun models and float some ideas. The guns in the game are pretty silly for the most part unlike the badass swords, daggers, etc.

  1. Rail Gun- like that of the game Tera or Senna from league of legends
  2. Dual Pistols
  3. … a mini gun model maybe like that of the engineer dwarf of “vermin tide 2” to keep the fantasy look
  4. More “realistic” guns, Blizz did well with guns such as : Wolfslayer Sniper Rifle, Autumnvale Long Rifle (minus the spikes on the strap), skettis gun, and models similar

I’m a big fan of the marksman hunter with the long range sniper rifle theme and have faith blizzard will be able to make some cool models to come. Thank you~

As you have pointed out here. These "realistic” guns already exist. Just get their models and transmog. Also, bear in mind that you can now mog the Titanstrike looks.

This sounds like you are wanting weapons that no Hunter would carry in their right mind if they even want to have meat after the kill. There may already be guns that push that barrier, but I see no reason to go over it.

Dual Wielding ranged weapons isn’t a thing. Double pistols would only make sense for an Outlaw Rogue anyway. Pistols don’t make good hunting weapons either (not that you can’t hunt with them).

Absolutely disagree have you seen guns like WoD challenge mode. They are amazing and a lot of people would use them

Have you seen the other guns in wow they are like giant fire breathing dragon heads, tentacle polls, and blades with triggers on them… I don’t think my comments are a stretch for blizz to try out. :slight_smile:

None of them are as grossly oversized as Senna’s weapon. If they scaled it down to the size of other guns, it can work.

The gun shown for a google search for this is a viable size. It isn’t like a person carrying a weapon that is meant to be a part of a vehicle.

I actually agree, the guns in this game are outrageously silly for the most part. There are a few cool ones but they are few and far between (some of the old pvp ones, the Kara wolf one, the Ghuun Uldir ones). the rest do look a bit comical

I agree with OP at some things.
I would instead state “More love on Ranged models Blizz!”

See i dont usually like to critizice Blizz or art dev team, but regarding ranged weapons we always got so much less compared to other classes.

  • Crossbow has always been mostly horrible - everysingle expansion.
  • In 9 expansions, we only got 1 group of bows with quivers on it? also, same quiver for everysingle model, just recolor variations of it.
  • We cannot add enchantments customizations for our weapons - throughout 9 expansions.
  • Eventually, this expansion brought a new feature to replace your cloack by some sort of backpack or back"something" like those branches for nightfaes or whatsoever (something you could do on BFA with the travelers backpack at late expansion) - and THATS REALLY COOL - but we cant have our bows or rifles or crossbows if we go that customization way. Why is that?

I think we should by getting a bit more of love, specially nowadays when the game has improved so much on visuals. At least make more quiver variations available for us!

I would appreciate more rifle models with a realistic look, something along the lines of a “Brown Bess” flintlock, or a 50 caliber Hawkins.
I abhor the taped -on bayonets and crooked barrels and unknowable gadgetry. The seventh Legion rifle was a big step up, although too flashy for me.
