I just installed a Gefore RTX 5060 over my old 3060 and upgraded my ram from 16 to 32. I am now constantly crashing and really can’t run wow for more than a minute or two. I’ve checked my system information so it is reading both sticks. I just spent alot of money to break the game I guess. I’m not especially technical with wow but I can say that both the GPU and the ram are being correctly recognized by the PC.
Uh does anyone have any ideas?
Edit - the fatal error is saying “memory cannot be read”
1: Run DDU to get rid of all of your nVidia stuff that may have been “optimized” for your old card
2: Install the newest drivers from nVidia’s website
Also you should probably clarify what you mean by “crashing”.

Start with the memory, how did you upgrade them? Are they matched and in the correct slots. Matched in that the sticks are the same speed and parity. Was it adding or replacing sticks.

Definitely start with this.
Even though you upgraded from one nVidia card to another nVidia card, and the driver installer package is the same, and your computer sees your new GPU as a 5060, the driver that’s installed would still be the one optimized for your 3060. If you haven’t properly cleared out that old driver and installed the newest one from nVidia, it absolutely will cause problems
If that doesn’t do the trick, I would look into a BIOS update. It’s possible the version of BIOS you’re currently running doesn’t support the RAM you just installed, and an updated version might have added that compatibility (always a good idea to check the QVL list for your motherboard). I had a friend get bit by this very problem a couple of months ago. Updating their BIOS fixed the problem

Easiest solution which is a quick 30 second check.
Check the new ram is seated properly. If it is then pull out the new ram and see what happens when your back to the original 16.
Still issues at this point as others have suggested clear all old nvidia drivers/software and resintall it fresh.
