It should be obvious why boosts and transfers to fresh servers should never, ever be done but to make it clear with a simple analogy;
If I buy a new car from you and you promise not to poop in it for at least 90 days, it doesn’t matter to me if you decide at day 91 or day 90001 to poop in my car, you’ve still pooped in my car. I just prefer you never poop in my car, okay?

Not a chance they drop the servers without first announcing names and types, so we still got a long way to go… They haven’t even announced the end of the pvp season yet for some reason

I mean…there is a small chance of that. See the XP buff drop…or the arena season interruption. Its small, but non-zero.

Give orcs second trinket racial
Then force even servers on new fresh start or fail.
I mean…they could disable all racials in arena. Bam, even playing field.

I like how the guy in charge literally said he might only give us 2 weeks of prepatch and acted like he was ignorant of the blue post that stated we would be given 8-6 weeks of prepatch.

They said Fresh would get 6-8 weeks of leveling before drop so it should be August 9th or the following week after that.

Unless you can find a quote, they only ever said in blue post here that:
prepatch: 2-6 weeks
joyous journeys: 6-8 weeks
You don’t have to wait for the pre patch to release the servers I hope. People planning to play on fresh realms have nothing to do right now. Let’s get these servers released!

I was looking into coming back, which I think was the goal of these fresh servers. But after reading this, this entirely ruined the point. If anything, these servers are going to become MUCH worse than a standard server because they will be clearly targeted by gold farmers and fully geared players looking to flaunt. This is a terrible DEV decision and clearly goes against everything the community wants. Glad I didn’t commit.

They’ve already made a blue post regarding the 90 days and they said that’s just a minimum, and they also said, more importantly, that transfers would only open if these servers don’t have a healthy pop by then. I think they can’t say “we’ll never allow transfers” because of that, they don’t know how these servers are going to turn out.
That’s still the wrong message to send. They SHOULD be saying “We are open to the idea of allowing transferred characters into these new realms should their population ultimately require it, but have no current plans of allowing transfers unless a dire need presents itself.”
The way they have currently worded their statement heavily implies they are ABSOLUTELY allowing transfers to these fresh realms, they’re just not sure how long after 90 days it will be.

Fresh Servers will only work with RFD at launch, otherwise I’ll just back to play on Warmane, it’s free and better
