Dude, who cares. By the time Wrath actually drops most people will have hit lvl 70 anyway with the 50% xp buff and ability to dungeon grind because heaps of people similar lvls… so after 90 days is up, the people who actually try with this game will be on point with anyone who xfers in… Apart from maybe epic flying. As for the economy its the gold farmers and people to pay for gold that stuff it up. I’m stoked they’re stopping dungeon boosting should have done it ages ago!

Blizzard wont ever respond no matter how many replies they get. They speak the dictating law in one post and leave the peasants to cry amongst themselves. They dont care and never will. Wrath is it fellas. After this wow is dead in the water.

Is there going to be a gold cap for characters attempting to transfer to these realms? Kinda defeats the purpose if Tom, Mary and Sue transfer over after 90 days with 100k+ gold.

Why even bother doing fresh start realms if you aren’t going to maintain their integrity by not allowing level boosts ever and making sure you can only transfer with a small amount of gold.

There’s a reason we don’t want it, and also a reason they aren’t going to add it or LFR. If you want that go to retail.

With the 26th of September release date, Fresh should probably be at the earliest on the 16th of August, or on the 23rd or latest would be hte 30th of August.

simple fix , all the need to do is make sure they have enought fresh servers and keep them that way for the reminder of the game, then open up regular servers so ,like 6 fresh servers and 10 regualr servers. remember you can create new char on the regualr servers too if you want.at any time… I dont think the economy is going to be dead on fresh servers…

They would need to go with less Fresh servers actually.
We now know that starting with too many realms was a mistake.
They should make sure to roll on new servers only when the existing servers for that region actually reach critical mass.
You don’t repeat the same mistake that was done with Classic with all those servers being pumped out without a stop.
1 PVE and 1 PVP per region as the starting point and then you roll a new server for the game mode that require it seems like the better idea.

I think a lot of people on current servers are just angry and upset that fresh servers for Wrath have a HUGE pool of players interested and that they will be starved of new players to exploit for boosting (oops, too soon?) and GDKPs.

That’s an odd generalization.
As a player on a probably-soon-to-be-comatose server, I am a bit worried that between horde going to Mankrik/Whitemane, and ally going to Atiesh/Bene it’s going to tip over into dead by the end of phase 1. Players re-rolling fresh (possibly including myself) just hasten that end.
I wouldn’t mind if it seemed like Blizz had any intention of proactively dealing with that reality, but the history of classic suggests they’re just going to rely on people paying $$ for transfer, re-rolling, or quitting to resolve the issue. And I’m not excited about any of those options.
But fresh is only one piece of that puzzle, even if it is part of the concern. Honestly I’d be more tempted to re-roll fresh if it seemed like Blizz had a plan, since depending on how many fresh servers they release, some or all of those may be comatose in 6 months too.

Why bother with a fresh-start realm if you’re ever going to provide boosting on it or allow transfers to it? I guarantee you I won’t be level 80 in 90 days (casual player), and if people start boosting 90 days in, or if people start transferring to the realm 90 days in, the entire experience will be ruined. Blizzard, can you do anything that makes sense… ever?

Plz make boost and transfers unavailable for fresh realms. Both these thing will immediately undo the legitimacy of the economy and player base. Let it be an old school server. Itll bring in more subscriptions from player on private servers <3

the reasons should be obvious but I guess not for you.
provide boosting how? and they have already said…transfers depend on the health of the server , if they are doing well then they may never allow transfers …what I don’t get is if you don’t plan on playing on a fresh server…what does it matter to you other than to complain about it…seriously

Please for the love of god do not allow boosts AT ALL on fresh servers. I know you’re a company but just leave the fresh servers alone from boosting there is no reason to add one at all its a damn fresh server and if people want to level they can if they don’t then don’t play on fresh. PLEASE DO NOT ADD BOOSTS TO FRESH WE DO NOT WANT THEM.
Bots create countless accounts to boost with this crap and ruin everything can we PLEASE just have ONE server where there are no damn boosts or boosting/carrying. Just release the damn game like it was and STOP CHANGING IT FOR MONEY.
