IMO Skyfury will be east. Both benediction and faerlina (originally pvp servers) are the biggest servers and both east.
Almost 24hrs until fresh servers release. Chances are we wont get them. RIP OCE playerbase…

I think this is probably a good move by Blizzard. We should get decent server population, activity, and economy with only one fresh PVE and one PVP server. They can always throw in a bit of phasing if things get too populated. But this solves nearly all the grouping and trading issues Bliz is having on the modern game with so many collapsed realms. It might also even solve the faction imbalance problems that plague the PVP realms.
Its hard to justify more than 1 x PVE and 1 x PVP (fresh) server per geographical area given how so few people were messing around on the open Beta. Going for a tight community with as few servers as possible is the right move.
Grobbulus (i.e. the only real PvP server) is West.
We’ll see.
Misconception here. A lot of people on East play grob since it was the ONLY rp-PVP server the West / East argument is sorta null for it.

To be clear not giving a OCE fresh, does NOT equal more people subbing for that abomination of a retail game… even with you handing out free copies of shadowlands lol.
We want fresh. Plenty of free high latency Wrath servers out there to play on if you look hard enough…

With around 24hrs till launch they better make an OCE soon… once the preptch drops and the OCE community does split up amongst the 2 US servers its too late. Any server set up in OCE AFTER prepatch launch is doomed to fail.
COME ON BLIZZ!! Do us a solid…give us a server! Don’t care if its PvP or PvE just need it in our region so we get the good latency.

we shouldnt have to beg like this. Id much prefer a PvE server personally but if given the choice between Suffering OCE PvP or Suffering any other server with lag. id take the PvP anyday

No it came in a few days later due to blizzard seeing that there was no demand for RP-PVP in the first place. But a few days after launch no one wanted to move to a new server. That’s why DD always had a very small but tight nit community. Grob was packed day 1, and no one wanted to move.
This is absolutely disgusting that they don’t even have the courage to respond with why they won’t give us a server- absolute cowards they all are.
Yep once people start to level on a server a lot will not move.
Thats the risk we are looking at with no OCE server.
Our community, already with low numbers in the OCE battlegroup for instanced PvP are looking at losing people across 2 servers in the US battle group.
Once they go and sink some time in they probably will NOT come back. If an OCE server comes out AFTER prepatch launch its doomed.
