If you feel unsafe because people disagree with your awful takes, then you should stay off the internet. That says more about you then anybody else.
I didn’t see a rule against putting twitter links. Esp since it’s showing you proof that whatever you’ve said, will remain on the internet.

the thing is when a level 3 starts a topic and is never heard from again they’re called a troll. Another player puts one up and continues to defend her position and that’s also a troll. What gives.

Out of my years of posting on the wow forums MOP-now, I never thought people took the forums this seriously to go out of their way to open new accounts/alt hop to talk to themselves. I honestly lived ignorant to it until very recently

I’m in support for some kind of an identifier per account, there’s work around way with pets. If people can already determine you’re on an alt by your pet journal, what would be so different if they saw some other thing like a name/number associated to the account? I also want to add, btags aren’t even really ours to begin with, it’s blizzards.

That’s life. It sounds to me like you want to be able to post whatever you want without anyone disagreeing or saying anything back to you. Maybe try keeping a diary instead. No one can disagree with that.
But ya know, you keep talking about how you want anon posting to feel safe… yet you don’t seem to have any problem speaking your mind. You don’t seem very afraid or unconfident to me.
It’s quite the opposite. You seem very confident and ready to defend your opinion.
Anonymity doesn’t remove people’s opinions or their ridicule of something they deem to be ridiculous.
You being “anonymous” doesn’t remove the person from behind the monitor. If you can’t handle people knowing your character on the forums because you’re worried about their opinions, then being anonymous won’t change that. That’s not gonna fix your feelings being hurt because somebody on the internet didn’t like what you had to say.
Already debunked. People would actually ridicule opinions more with anonymity. If you scrolled up, you probably would have seen how I already addressed that safety and comfort do not get any better with Anonymous posting. Go post a bad take on 4chan and you’ll see exactly what I mean.
