Completed “Essence of Plague” quest but follow on quest, “Embodiment” never started. I can’t abandon “Essence of Plague” since I finished it. Wowhead has little on it as it is relatively new. I can’t go any further without being able to access this quest. What to do now?

For some reason I didn’t get a follow up/there isn’t one, so go back North to Calia for the Feed the Eater quest to resume the story. The ! is visible on the map
Apparently there were 2 Celias. I was standing by one, never saw a ! for the other. But today she was at 71/71 so I was able to finish it. Weird.
