EVOKER
New PvP Talent: Dream Catcher – Sleep Walk no longer has a cooldown, but its cast time is increased by 0.5 seconds.
Meanwhile, for mages…

MAGE
New PvP Talent: Master Shepherd – While an enemy player is affected by your Polymorph or Mass Polymorph, your movement speed is increased by 25% and your Versatility is increased by 6%. Additionally, Polymorph and Mass Polymorph no longer heal enemies.
So we get to sacrifice yet another honor talent slot for basic utility, which comes with a cast time drawback a la Engulfing Blaze (because that’s fun).
Mage, meanwhile, gets a damage, survivability, and movement speed bonus while also negating the downside of Polymorph for the same price of an honor talent slot.
Seems good.

I have a theory that whoever is working on evokers is “hate developing” the class. They don’t like em, don’t like the playerbase, so we’re stuck in a situation where the class languishes into obscurity when it is the flagship class of the expansion.
GG blizz, for once you not only made your new class not overpowered, but it is damn near useless in so many situations it might not survive the xpac.

It’d be super nice if we had a pvp defense talent that kept us from being murdered in 3-4 hits, prevented us from being constantly sucked into trap aoe and murdered in 3-4 hits (unburdened flight should do this, but does not) allowed fast and significant self-heals that prevents us from being murdered in 3-4 hits or added some sort of instant stun that doesn’t require us to launch ourselves into our own graphical version of a stun for a near equivalent length of time.
Or, sure, give Dreamwalk a longer cast time in exchange for introducing it to diminishing returns. Whatever y’all think is best…

It would definitely be nice to see improvements to Time Stop other than a small amount of cooldown reduction.
