Map said Greedy Emissary starts in 2 minutes, at least 50 people on my shard waited for it… and nothing happened.
Also the buff for the drop rates on old content isn’t showing up on buff bar.

Same. I don’t see the Collector’s Bounty buff on my UI and there is no option to enable/disable the buff at an innkeeper as the info post for Collector’s Bounty suggested. Checked well after server reset time of 8AM Pacific Time.
Also checked innkeeper’s in Dornogal and Stormwind - no option to enable Collector’s Bounty.
Why would anyone not want the collector’s bounty enabled? Why is this something one would even want to toggle off?

It’s enabled by default, but people who think “i need my mounts at original drop chance or it doesn’t count” can disable it. I’m with you though.
