So instead of 2000 DPS fighting for 3 spots in a group, the same 2000 are going to be fighting for 1 spot in a group?
How will this make things faster?

I don’t think you understand how it works.
If it takes 15 mins to find 1 tank why do you think it would be quicker to find 3 tanks?
And what about all the DPS people now have the chances of getting into a group divided by 3?
