Just came across THIS on Wowhead. I hope this isn’t true, or it’s yet another example of this writing team wanting to just ruin everything that’s come before to push their own fanfiction.

There’s just no way. I wish WoWhead would do some actual investigating before they post this crap. Now the whole community is going to be in uproar for weeks until Blizzard gets around to correcting it.
On the one hand: they are the writing team and in control of the story. So they can do what they want, its not fanfic from them.
On the other hand, the slightly bigger hand: if that leak is true its the stupidest thing ive seen since they made illidan a good guy. ******* was annoying enough but to make him * ****** all along is just stupid as hell.
