Odd that they’re already working on Halloween assets.

Coming in fall and the Holiday revamp.
At the current pace of patch releases, Hallow’s Eve will start early/mid 10.1.7, so they don’t have too long to put it off.
new holiday rewards are always welcome since we barely get new ones.
Halloween is my favorite holiday (and Hallow’s End by extension), but just a pumpkin on a saddle feels a bit underwhelming to me. Hopefully this is just the saddle version and they’ve got a full armor planned out. Otherwise…eh.
the fact that they are branching out cosmetics and new dragonriding mounts via trading post rewards and now holiday rewards is something they never do for new gimmicks for an xpac imo. This is odd to me. They are paying more attention to dragonriding as a whole more than I anticipated. Not that it is a bad thing but I feel like something is missing that is not released yet that correlates with all these new things for it.
Oh, I’m glad to see that they are giving this feature more attention. This specific thing just isn’t particularly impressive to me so far, but they very well could add more to it between now and October, in which case I would happily eat my own words.
I want them to let us change the Netherdrake colour so we get all the ones from BC
they will not go that far due to the netherdrakes being able to dragonride down the line

Personally, I find a pumpkin on the back of my drake rather underwhelming. Especially since I don’t use armor on my drakes. But oh well.

Considering there are assets relating to “Dragonriding Cups” for every expansion, I feel like an alternate way to get the new Netherdrake and a batch of customization options might be the rewards for the Outland Cup. Just speculation, of course.
Curious to see if they’ll eventually base a customizable DR-capable mount off of every expansion in the long run.
