How are BM hunters feeling about it being attached to legs? I spent a ton of gold leveling and farming to level up the legs slot after finding out I would need to go from feet to legs because of domination sockets for Rylakstalker’s piercing fangs. I personally would be using the Antlers for raid and RPF for M+ but having to make the changes in raid for heavier aoe situations to decide between a second shard bonus or more aoe designed lego is a bit annoying. And no I won’t go back to soulforge lego. The two globals to activate it plus constant fight movement is not worth the pain. Make it a single global and I would think about it. Just being a bit nit picky but what do you think?
I dont understand, you should be using antlers in a neck slot all the time, raid and mythic plus. What did you mean a second shard bonus?

Honestly, IMO, it doesn’t change much of anything for me. I don’t know if you’ve seen it but it has been confirmed that, as of now at least, the leg pieces in SoD will not be hotfixed to include any actual slot for domination shards. They will only be able to activate either a Blood or a Frost set bonus.
We’re still only able to have 5 pieces of gear that can have a domination shard slot on them, and you can still only get 1 total set bonus, which will take up 3 slots by itself. So unless they change it so the legs also come with a shard slot, it doesn’t really matter.

Sanctum of Domination Legs Do Not Have a Domination Socket But Can Activate Set Bonuses
Yesterday, Blizzard announced that additional Sanctum of Domination pieces will be able to activate Shards of Domination set bonuses. There has been some confusion about the updated system, and we’ve been able to confirm that raid Legs will NOT have a Domination Socket, but will be able to activate set bonuses.
Sanctum of Domination Legs
There is NO Domination socket.
They will only activate the Blood or Frost set depending on the armor type.

All Domination Gear Will Now Activate a Gem Set Bonus - Legs Now Also Activates Set Bonus
Blizzard has announced that on the weekly reset, all Domination gear will now activate a gem bonus. In addition, raid legs can now also activate a gem set bonus.
From these notes, legs will continue to NOT have a Domination socket. However, it will be able to activate a set bonus, in addition to the two other off pieces. This change is targeted at players who are having trouble activating their set, such as not being forced to have a Chest to have a Blood set.
This change will likely not affect players who already have their set as pants will likely continue to not have a Domination socket.

- Developers’ note: Requiring a specific slot from the raid to take advantage of the set bonus is proving to be too elusive for some players even with some assistance from the Great Vault. If you have previously acquired an item affected by this change but have destroyed it, you can use the Item Restoration service to recreate it after the hotfix goes live with this week’s maintenance. Please note, there is no benefit from having the activation spell twice.

This was a looks good on paper Idea that just failed to work.
They would have been better served if the Raid dropped an item that allowed you to add a removable domination socket to any piece of wearable Raid , Korthian or Crafted Legendary {using the shard Chisel }
To a Maximum of five Equipped total.
They could exclude Trinkets. and cosmetic item {shirt/Tabard}\
I think what most are hinting at is if you have 5 domination sockets apply 3 Blood Shards Bek, Jas, Rev. Chest, Belt and Foot Slot {Activating Blood Link } and 2 Unholy shards Dyz, Zed. in say Helm and Shoulder slot the Raid legs would then activate Chaos Bane Minus the Oth shard speed benefit.
This all smacks of World of DiabloCraft Runic cube stuff
