Will these for sure be available in 8.3?
I’m assuming as new quest rewards for allied race DKs, or as a vendor item for all? Furthermore, do you think the xmog option will extend to preexisting DKs if you obtain it on a new allied race DK alt?
It should extend to previous Dk’s if it is unlocked within the transmog system itself.
