New Delve: The Archival Assault
Found within the Azure Vaults within the Dragon Isles, you’ll encounter ethereals, ethereal pirates, and brokers who are plundering the Delve. Using the Reshii Wraps will unlock unique challenge gateways to bosses or challenge rooms. You may also get a glimpse of your friends within the Delve as well or even /mourn them as you observe their ghost from where they died.
There’s unfinished business with Nexus Princess Ky’veza as well and you’ll take her on one on one during this season.
Sounds a bit like a bossrush delve. Really enjoyed Site 9 and Sluice was fine, can’t wait to try this one out.
Also with this taking place in the Dragon Isles we could see more Delves being created in older expansions.

Only one new Delve is a little disappointing to be honest. They are short and don’t really use a lot of new assets.
Having Delves become something across expansions and useful for leveling would be a great extension of the feature though.

Checking if the delve is bountiful and travelling to the delve is going to be so tedious though.
Also, looks like I may be playing my Mage next season.

I don’t mind Floodgate. But Dawnbreaker and Ara-kara are big misses to me.
True, but I guess since we have other Delves to dabble with this expansion it could be a concept reserved in Midnight hopefully.
I could see there being a Mogu vault that’s uncovered and made into a delve.
Maybe there’s an avalanche in Kun’lai and it reveals it or something.
Or a Wailing Caverns type Deviate Delve. Since those caves are rumored to shift, and there’s others under the Barrens.
There’s several things they can do with this idea.

Hoping my Delve Weak Aura survives the upcoming add-on changes. It tells me on my screen which delves are bountiful for the day so I don’t have to look at the maps.
For travel, I am hoping the waypoint system has an access point close enough.
