Would you support WoW making an in game day cycle lasting a couple of real day hours? Say 4 hours day, 4 hours night on loop.
I always get the chance to log on at night and am forever stuck playing my characters at night time. I never get to experience the day and the sky boxes during the day. It just looks different. A lot of modern online games have this now, and wow time is tied to our own.
Thoughts?
no I wouldn’t - I would not care if they made the game constant day time though. I play early morning and I really don’t see a big difference from day to night in the game anyway - it is pointless to have night when there is so many people feeling they are missing out on something with daytime.

That’s how it was for me too. Then about a year later I found the master save with all equipment and walked around aimlessly still but it’s fun with the flame whip. A while after that my friend’s neighbor came over n showed us how to play it.
He beat it in a weekend. Games could be tough back in the day with no vids on the internet lol
IMHO they should just make days last approximately (not exactly) 1 hour in real life time like in FFXIV.

I’d love to see the option for us to just have in-game time of day match the time of day/night where we’re playing from. It doesn’t need to impact upon anyone else, just like you can use those inky black potion things and you’re the only one that sees it.
I think 1 hour is too short, but anywhere from a 6-12 hour day would be good.
As someone on a nocturnal schedule, I don’t like that it’s always night in-game when I’m able to play.
It’s not as short as you think. It feels fine in FFXIV.
No matter how they implement it, rest assured OCE realms will have it backwards.
