I’d like to see shamanism at 15 seconds baseline. Same for Thundercharge. 10 second buffs on the global CD is short. Especially when you want to combine with other buff CDs that are also on the global CD.

[Witch Doctor’s Wolf Bones] Increases the chance to gain a stack of Maelstrom Weapon by 5%, and whenever you gain a stack of Maelstrom Weapon, the cooldown of Feral Spirits is reduced by 2.0 sec. (Body, Trinket slot) Elemental Spirits just spiked in value as a talent.

Just had this thought about this legendary, but I wonder if the “whenever you gain a stack of Maelstrom Weapon” also includes the six stacks we get from actually using Feral Spirits, if so that’d be pretty awesome to get free 12secs shaved off from the cd by using the cd.
