Why has it always been so dogwater to load into new dal? Everytime anyone loads into it, they have to wait forever for the loading screen. Now with the prepatch, I am trying to load into new Dal, and have been stuck on the loading screen for 15 minutes. This has been an ongoing problem since legion and still hasnt been fixed. Why?
