I mean I don’t think that is, I think it’s a very nice aristocratic aesthetic. It’s personal taste. Some people might say Nelfs only getting leaves is boring and maybe they wanted Highborne jewlery and color options instead
At the end of the day I hope they get more stuff to satisfy people, but I’m still going to say I like the jewelry options because…I like the jewelry options. A lot. I already have a whole yellow Sun Priest transmog planned around them.
Still going to press them for scars/tats for Belfs, though. Also, take some of our Velf hairstyles, they’d look freaking great on Belfs and female Belfs need some more long hair options.
I didn’t get the customization I want =|= I didn’t get customization
Personally, I’m not interested in what the Goblins and Undead got. I won’t go so far as to say that Blizzard hates Undead because Undead can’t stand up straight though.
If you want to talk about an ignored race , I’m sure the Pandaren would love to have a word. They have new skin tones and eye colours. That’s it.
Made a post of extending forsaken/lightforged customizations. Dark rangers is apart of the choices for forsaken, and HE is apart of the lightforged. I just thought I’d link it here.
Speaking of BE, I was thinking about the stormheim blood curse story and how it supposed to link san’layn as how they got there curse. The humans there wasn’t technically undead with the curse. I wonder if they can wiggle that detail into san’layn on why they could be pallies if they become a customiazation option for BE.
Uhh guys / gals? The guy is basically trolling, you know…
Sometimes one needs to get their feet on the ground.
Right now it´s too late for most of the stuff he wants tbqh.
All yours, I rather get noting than more stuff trying to downplay the characterization of my fav race as “only caring for cosmetic useless stuff airheads”.
Not only boring, literally detrimental… the image devs “portray” of Belves is of people that only cares for superficial stuff.
Consideriung Rommath and the Blod Magi, it doesn´t fit the Magister fantasy either, man.
Cause Belves are only composed by aristocrats that care too much over partying and none at all over recovering their nation, suuuure…
Ty for proving WHY the jewerly IS terribad and detrimental.
It’s like Blizzard forgets that these two groups not only exist, but are prominent among Blood Elven players, as well as within the culture of Quel’thalas.
God forbid people have different opinions and like jewelry…
Anyways, the new Orc tats make them look sick, it really shows how tattoos make characters look extremely unique and cool. This really shows how awesome Blood Elf tats would be. For colors, I was thinking red and blue and gold and white. Ooh also emerald green. What colors would you want?
I like the jewelry but to hype it up into something it’s not talking about “all the comments on WoW head love it” just doesn’t feel accurate but do enjoy.
I stepped away to give some thought to a second kind of aesthetic identity for Blood Elves that isn’t the obvious ones that aren’t being added for one reason or another.
What if they had a second identity from Nightborne? Dusky colored skin, white hair with different shades of color to it, etc… The premise for this could be the result of Nightborne and Blood Elves interacting with one another more often, visiting each other’s cities. In particular I think it could be a sign of Blood Elves who indulge frequently in arcwine. Similarly, Nightborne could get lighter/fleshier skin tones and hair colors from being in Silvermoon frequently and just being that close to the Sunwell as to be affected by it’s energies.
You know, this joke stopped being funny like a decade ago, dude…
It´s actually VERY irritating when the lore of your fav race says one thing and the art/quest team INSIST in portraying the exact opposite thing.
Says the woman that criticized us for NOT liking it.
Pot, meet mirror.
Some of us DO have standards, you know… I´m on the school of rather NOT getting stuff that getting useless /awful stuff that could be used as an excuse to prevent the implementation of things I want.
I think the problem is many Blood Elf players just don’t speak up. We who love our Blood Elves are happy with them. But maybe we’re too lazy to ask for better?
