New Customization Options for Blood Elves and Void Elves

They literally can’t be found anywhere besides Alleria.

High Elves changed in design between WC2-WC3.

Back then they where basically Celtic Night Elves. Probably where the concept for Night ELf markings came from.

Don’t forget that it was traded for Blue Eyes.

If any one besides Alleria, the Void Elf racial leader, had them you might have a case.

But it’s not even likely that it would be shared with Void Elves because of its exclusivity to one lore character.

And Void Elves literally being based off Alleria means that if by some miracle Blood Elves got them it would have to be split between both. Meaning that differentiation between the groups would have to be done by either locking specific colors or patterns to either side.

The above being a very messy solution. Especially when people are already clambering between the lack of differences between Blood and Void Elves.

I’m not just picking what I like, I’m picking on likelihood to happen.

That’s why I eventually dropped Felblood Elves do to issues with the implementation and why I’m focusing on more colors and styles for existing options with ports across gender for some.

But at the end of the day, I just do not see Blood Elves getting the option to look like the Void Elf racial leader. Especially when it’s looking like Void Elves aren’t even going to get it. ESPECIALLY when they haven’t even added Scars or the already existing Dark Ranger skins to Blood Elves yet.

And Blood Elves already have plenty of cases for Runes as an option. Like lots of it. Even a main character with runes on his arms and the TBC box art. I’m already sure that’s going to take precedent for Blood Elves.

No like Blood Elves. It was an exclusive feature from the opposite faction given to the others. Since this occurred “exclusivity restrictions” are out the window. So if people want Blood Elves to have Ranger tats then you have no real valid reason to deny them.

So he doesn’t speak for you as far as his lists go, fair enough. I disagree with him on Ranger tattoos, so therefore he doesn’t speak for me either on that point.

But he doesn’t have to support every single option that I do to be considered a worthy ally in winning more options for Blood Elves. As someone who is traditionally a High Elf supporter, one person omitting/disagreeing with an option or two is hardly the worst thing I’ve ever encountered here.

Just agree to disagree, that’s how I look at it.

Yes, that’s exactly it! For that one in particular I’d have it like the phoenix on their tabards with the gold one being similar to the void elf style wings but more crystalline in appearance closer to a Naaru.

And that’s the point.

He’s presenting his list as if this is what the Blood Elf fans want to see get added.

He even said he was compiling suggestions and adding his own. This means he intends for it to be a community list.

By denying a request due to his opinion on the request despite it being a highly requested one, he’s trying to deny those people what they want.

Since he wants to make a community list, he has to support everything people ask for even if he doesn’t really want to himself.

More likely, you just don’t like the guy so you’re using this the fact that he made a list as a reason to go after him. Like he said nothing is stopping you from making you’re own, even then. He’s just one guy.

haha. do you have any idea how many requests there have been? dreds, braids, 4 or 5 different types of wings, several different types of tats/scars, many different types of hairstyles, including crossover between male and female belf hairstyles, void elf hairstyles, nelf hairstyles, human hairstyles, everybody’s hairstyles, the whole world and everything in it, amen. haha
