I’m hoping the delay is because they are adding hair color options and putting the hair tentacles on a toggle like Night Elf leaves. If they actually add anything beyond that I’ll be surprised and extra happy.

These Blood Elf customization request threads… where they are doing stuff like asking for Void Elf hairstyles… with nothing but support is a little frustrating.
Don’t get me wrong. I support it, give em’ whatever.
Just jarring that there is no real pushback (and there shouldn’t be) but High Elves have got a thread out against them…

Void Elves got access to a second theme, one that copies BE’s visual theme. Blood Elves got an eye color many would argue should have been given anyways (the eye color fight isnt my fight though I don’t care about the blue eyes but in comparison it is lackluster), on top of that Blood Elves have received no second visual theme to date…
And in all of this, it bothers you that people support VE hairstyles going to Blood Elves? Void Elves got our theme for relatively nothing, of course people are going to notice that and support BE’s receiving things.
Combined with the fact the forums universally outside of this thread, know Void Elves are being gifted a big deal during core race customizations, meanwhile BE customizations are actually lacking, but it is HE fans who will try to spin it like their the ones in distress with no new things coming.
Yeah you’re going to see more people supportive of Blood Elves, as they should be, and why does this bother you?

Hmm? What bothers me is Blood Elves requesting stuff and we all are like, “Yeah, give it to them.”
But there is a brand new anti-high elf thread up. Just frustrating to see.
Really the issue is there shouldn’t he pushback to the High Elf stuff. The Blood Elf request looks like a customization request should look.

But do tell me, if VE’s get not a single thing off the HE fans wish lists, and it was just jewelry how happy do you think people will be?
Then you say stuff like this mocking BE player requests, and wonder why in the midst of it all, your requests are the ones that receive more backlash? Idk must be a mystery.

Honestly Lann, Blood Elves does have access to a second theme, something which is uncertain whether the Void Elves will get. The Blood Elves have gotten ear lengh customisations which could give the Horde “Half Elves”, which makes no sense, as well as more skin colours given to the Blood Elves too. Now, considering that Void Elves are also Void Infused Blood Elves, this is possibly the best way to push the Void Elf lore further, as well for the Blood Elven lore as well.
Now, I am up for BE’s to get Dark Ranger or San’layn Customisations too, but at the end of the day, it is up to Blizzard to impose on the ideas of customisations, not the playerbase. After all, I would love to see more for Void Elves, as to seeing more for the Blood Elves, and honestly, sharing hair styles between both groups are the best idea I can think off…
